I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience crossed a line that I can’t ignore. Not only was communication poor and the overall service unprofessional, but the realtor’s behavior was completely inappropriate. During what should have been a straightforward and professional process, this realtor openly flirted with my husband. It was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional. Instead of focusing on helping us navigate an important financial decision, their behavior created tension and made the entire experience feel awkward and disrespectful. On top of that, there were already issues with responsiveness and lack of clear communication, which only made matters worse. But the inappropriate conduct is what truly stood out and made this experience unacceptable. Buying or selling a home requires trust and professionalism — both of which were clearly lacking here. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you expect basic respect and professional boundaries.

Our Realtor Devon M Smith deserves 10 stars! We were looking for an affordable home in the DFW real estate market. We hired Devon M Smith for his local knowledge and attention to detail. We appreciate the frequent communication Devon M Smith delivered. Even though we couldn’t find anything for months. He let us know what to expect during the home buying process and was very responsive. He listened to our needs and budget. It took a while to find the perfect home, but Devon M Smith was on top of it the whole time. We made several offers on a few homes and finally had an offer accepted on our third try. He was great to work with and answered every question. He still helps out with any questions we have about our home. We’ve been in our home a week and absolutely love it.
