Before entering the real estate field, Jocole had a successful career in retail management for many years. She has been actively involved in several nonprofit organizations throughout East Texas for 14 consecutive years.

As a mother of three boys, Jocole took it upon herself to teach her children the importance of setting and achieving goals.
